Charlotenburg Schloss

Here she is -- a testiment to German Baroque Style.

The first part of the Building was built in 1699 but they added on,


and added on..

and added on.





This is one of the "Wings"







All in All, it reminds me of Versailles in France and was partially inspired by that Palace.







It was bombed in the war and only a few of the ornate rooms are original, they are still reconstructing..
these poor statues don't have faces!!

It has a very big "Park" or back yard.

It was Beautiful. I couldn't take pictures of the interiors but they were magnificent.
