Or so we thought.

He actually said "Ich bin ein Berliner"

In German, you don't use the "a"

You say litterally, "I am Doctor"

not "I am a Doctor"

And did you know that "A Berliner"

is a Jelly donut??

So in honor of our dear departed President,

who said, "I am A Jelly Donut"....

I ate this one this morning,

and it was quite tasty!!
