So my Friend David couldn't believe that I had never eaten boiled Crawfish. In an attempt to fix this gross oversight; we went to "Boutins" on Bluebonnet Blvd. in Baton Rouge. We each got 5 lbs of Crawfish!! The pic above is of my 5 lbs!!
Here we are ready to eat the little creatures.Which totally look like minature lobsters.

I thought this one was the biggest in the bucket.
Until I found this one!! It's longer than my hand! 
Whew! I made it through about half of the bucket.. It was a lot of work!! but it was good.
